WHAT I LEARNED & NEXT STEPS
Initially, I focussed on building the product for members of a team, but I realized that through doing this, I was building a platform that will bring value to managers as well. This reminded me of how design is never independent, and how it always affects other stakeholders. As designers, we should always be aware of the impications of our design.
